Milestone Dedication: Empowered Women of RS Realty Concepts

March is not just another month; it’s a time dedicated to the resilience, empowerment, and the unwavering spirit of women. As we welcome this year’s Women’s Month, We sat down with two of our dedicated and loyal female employees to venture on their journey here at RS Realty Concepts Developers Inc (RSRCDI) . As they share their commitment and their relentless pursuit of success, they present a glimpse into the challenges they must overcome, milestones they have, and the lessons they have learned along the way.

Like a roller coaster ride, there are ups and downs

Jennifer Santos, our Administrative Assistant for six years, shares with us her journey over the past years in RS Realty Concepts and describes it as a roller-coaster ride. There are ups and downs, some twists and turns, and the like. To her, they are only challenges to overcome and experience to ride along. When it comes to motivation in her work, family is her first reason. It is her top priority to make sure that they are provided with their needs, and occasionally their wants. And if you ask her secret for dedication and loyalty for over half a decade, it is RS Realty’s very own President and CEO.

Jennifer started in RSRCDI in its first years, practically growing along with the company. Our CEO has placed her trust and faith towards Jennifer with the company’s administrative duties. For her last words before the interview ended: “Give your one hundred percent energy to work, don’t bring your personal problems to the office, follow the office rules, and be on time.”

I can’t wait to see how this company could become

Another committed employee we sat down with is Carmelyn Danday, our Sales Operations Assistant for four years. She witnessed the company evolve in working in just one room to a whole building accommodating 25 employees. When she started to work in RSRCDI, it was operating for only two years. She says it felt like a breath of fresh air as she was previously employed in a company that was long established. Working with a smaller employee pool and a close work environment was a different experience but nevertheless, she immediately felt right at home.

When it comes to motivation in her work, aside from family and her dreams and like Jennifer, is the Executives and Heads of RSRCDI. She witnessed, and still witnessing, their dedication, hard work, and patience towards their roles in the company. She saw how the Executives and Heads are relentless and full of optimism.

RSRCDI is also a company guided by spiritual faith. Every other week or so, bible study sessions led by Victory Christian Fellowship Cainta are held here in the office. It became Carmelyn’s refuge and inspired her to work past challenges at work and in person. Her unwavering dedication to the company is simply rooted in the management’s trust and belief in her capabilities. Here, she looks forward to establishing her career and the company’s future as a whole.

The heartbeat of the organization lies within its dedicated employees. Each member brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and passion. Here’s to the women of RS Realty Concepts, and to a future filled with endless possibilities.
