The first quarter of 2023 has been promising for RS Realty Concepts. It may not be as busy, but they are as fruitful and meaningful as they come. An event that started off the year for our sales team and a couple of open houses for our future clients were those highlights that made the first few months notable.
Our business properties have not disappointed as well. New tenants and a returning one and a few celebrations shone in RS City Square Junction. Developments on future RS City Square branches are also looking promising with the exciting news and updates we are excited to share with you.
Sales Training Program 2023
January 5-7, 2023
We’re only getting bigger and so is our sales team! RS Realty’s Sales Operations Department conducted their first sales training of the year. We welcome new sales recruits to assist you with your real estate needs. To equip them and get them sales-ready, our Sales Operations Manager, Paul Garrote, facilitated the sales training.
The training program was a three-day event, held at the RS Realty Concepts Head Office. The program focused on various aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation,
product demonstration, and closing deals. Building
long-term relationships, maintaining them, and
recognizing their importance were one of the
key topics.
Overall, the sales training program was a
success and demonstrated RS Realty’s
commitment to providing its employees
with the necessary tools and resources to

Sales Kick-off 2023
January 28, 2023
RS Realty Concepts first ever Sales Kick-Off was held last January of this year. Our in-house sales and brokers, together with RS Realty Concepts employees and management, got together to start off the beginning of a new sales cycle. This created an opportunity for our sales teams to gather, review past performance, and align around a common goal and ensure that everyone is working together to achieve it.
With a soccer theme to literally “kick off,” in house sales and brokers wrote their sales commitments on a soccer ball. For the complete soccer theme experience, they kicked the ball to a goal post to seal that prediction and make it official.
‘Let’s rise together, higher,’ words from our president that led to a round of applause and a few cheers. In her message, she mentions the challenges that the sales team faced during the pandemic. Now that everything is slowly going back to normal, there is no other way but up and higher.
This also paved the introduction for our new General Manager, Jennifer Lago. ‘This is the start of a history,’ she stated. She affirmed that we will work hand in hand as the company moves toward the year 2023.
The event ended with a few photo opportunities, laughter and meaningful conversations, and a very anticipated lunch. With spirits high and determined vigor, everyone left for their homes and looked-forward to a bountiful 2023.
RS Realty Concepts First General Assembly: Competency Building Series

The first general assembly of a company is always an exciting and motivating experience. It is an opportunity for the company’s leaders to share their vision, goals, and aspirations for the coming year with their employees. But this year, the general assembly had a unique focus: competency building.
The assembly started off with a few words from our President and CEO, Riza Joy Scheirman, where she expressed her joy and enthusiasm for the year ahead with her employees. A short prayer and a few laughs later, RS Realty employees took the chance to show their appreciation to the management by surprising them with flowers since it was also Valentine’s Day.
Our General Manager, Jennifer Lago, spearheaded the
series with the aim of imparting to RS Realty employees the essential principles of the real estate industry and property management. The series encouraged active participation, allowing employees to fully immerse themselves in the company’s culture and values. By doing so, the company hopes to achieve its vision and goals
through a shared understanding among its employees.
To conclude the assembly, we recognized the company’s long-term employees. Our Corporate Manager, Ludith Fortaleza, celebrates her 5th work anniversary; our Procurement Assistant, Jennyfer Santos also celebrates her 5th year work anniversary, and our HR Officer, Mary Lynn Montero, celebrates her 2nd year. These are the people who have dedicated years, and sometimes even decades, to the growth and development of the company. They possess a wealth of knowledge and experience that cannot be easily replaced. In many cases, they have seen the company through its ups and downs and have played a crucial role in its success.
1st Sales General Assembly

Our Sales Team had their first general assembly last February for the year 2023. It centered on the celebration of the achievements of our in-house sales team and the achievements to come.
Presented with a Gold Award as the top Sales Manager, Ms. Zenaida Torres, was recognized for her team’s outstanding performance of acquiring over Php 38 million of sales performance in the second half of 2023. Right behind her was Sir Ted Lazaro, acquiring over Php 28 million of sales performance. He was given the Silver Award as Sales Manager.
A sales team is not a sales team without its property consultants. Ms. Stephanie Abenoja was given the Gold Award as the top Property Consultant for her sales performance of over Php 20 million. Following suit was Ms. Irene Cacayan with her sales performance of over Php 12 million, she was given the Silver Award as Property Consultant.
The first general assembly of our sales team was a promising start for the year. It set a tone of collaboration, motivation, and dedication to achieving shared objectives, and it provided a platform for team members to share their ideas and insights. It was a short and sweet event, ending on a savory note as they ate lunch to conclude the assembly.

HMR Grand Re-launch
A five-day long event, HMR hosted their Grand Re-launch event last February 24-28. Customers scored big as one of HMR’s biggest sale of the year had their items up to 70% off! From home appliances, furniture, to mysterious boxes, HMR is known for their wide range of products with affordable prices. Their Grand Re-launch event included the five-day sale and a motorcade for that grand entrance to match their grand re-launch, traveling to the nearby barangays.

BPI BanKo Soft Opening
We started the new year with a new addition to the complex. BPI BanKo started its services here at their Cainta brank last January. Kumpares Asian Pares expands its menu with the addition of Angkol’s Pungko Pungko, Ilonggo Grill, and Kumpares Lechon. They are now collectively called Mix & Match as you can mix and match different items in their menu and satisfy your cravings in one place!
